Kite

This past Sunday afternoon daddy put a kite together for Madeline that she had gotten a while back. The wind was not blowing too much, but we still flew it a little. Madeline and daddy watching the kite.Madeline flying the kiteDaddy getting Madeline untangled from the kite.
Madeline enjoyed it, but didn't really understand what was going on.

Santa Passed!!!!!

Madeline was a good girl and so we wrote Santa a letter and asked if he could come early this year b/c we will be at Maw Maw and Paw Paw's house for Christmas. He said that since she had been such a good girl that he would gladly bring her presents a little early. Sunday morning we woke up and found this in the living room. Madeline got some bubbles in her stocking. She likes to say and play with bubble a lot!

Madeline loves the plane!

She actually loved it so much that she didn't really want to open anymore gifts.

Then she decided she might want one more gift.

Madeline got a play and learn kitchen.

Madeline loved both of her presents!

Santa left a note saying that he is going to bring her big present later with everyone elses presents. Madeline was more then happy with her new toys! Thanks Santa!

Madeline can talk!

Madeline knows a good amount of animal sounds and the animals' names. She used to always say everything said Moo, but now she is learning that there are more animals out there then just a cow.

Madeline can also point to her many of her body parts. Ears and toes were the first ones she learned.

Christmas Party

After the program we were all invited back to the classroom for a little party. Madeline showed Gi and Grandpa all around her classroom! She told Grandpa...see dog! The kids each brought a wrapped book for the book exchange!Gi helped Madeline unwrap hers! Madeline got an Elmo book...oh and she can say Elmo now! Madeline had the most fun playing in Gi purse. Madeline told Grandpa she was going shopping! Gi, Madeline, and Grandpa!Madeline got another book from Gateway Baptist.Madeline likes books! Mommy wrapped lots of gifts the night before for the party! We gave Ms. Ashely and Ms. Lisa some hot coco fixings. We got a gift for a little girl who might not get many presents this year. We had the book for the book exchange. And then Madeline also brought little books to all of her classmates for their stockings.
After their Christmas lunch Madeline came home and passed out. She has such a fun and busy morning!

Christmas Program

This morning Madeline had her first Christmas Program at MDO. They shook bells to Jingle Bells. She was SO cute!!!!!
Here is a picture of her favorite person, Mrs. Kay, walking her out onto the stage. Mrs. Kay just LOVES Madeline...and Madeline LOVES Mrs. Kay! They said Mrs. Kay was walking around this morning telling everyone that they just had to go see Madeline b/c she was dressed SO cute!
Mrs. Kay also helped Madeline with her bells! She did so well shaking her bells! So serious!
