Fun Times at the Mall!

Last Friday we went to play at the mall. Here is Madeline making a silly face...as usual!

After playing on the playground we went upstairs to see the animals. Mommy came really close to buying Madeline a frog!

Madeline has been watching her 1st year old video at least once a day. She LOVES to watch herself and to name everyone else in the pictures with her. Madeline is also learning the words to a lot of the songs and loves to sing along. Mommy and daddy are so glad that they made it for her!

Mommy and daddy have started working on her 2nd year of life video and will have it finished for her 2nd birthday party. Can't wait to show everyone!

Father's Day

Oops! Totally forgot to post about Father's Day...probably b/c we didn't celebrate it too much. Daddy did get to try out his new beer on that Sunday morning. I think he enjoyed that, but then he had to drive all the way back to Houston. (Don't worry, he just had a taste of the beer!) When we got back home Madeline gave daddy the present she had made him...a heart shaped box that said "I love daddy" she had painted.

She even put her hand print on the bottom of it!

And so it starts!!!!

Mommy went into Madeline's room to get her clothes for the day. Madeline followed in there and open the draw and pulled out another outfit. She held onto them and didn't want to wear what mommy picked out. She is already fighting with mommy over clothes...great! haha

RAIN!!!!!!!!!!

It finally rained a good amount on Tuesday and Madeline was able to wear her rain coat and rain boots to dancing. I think she was a little confused b/c she kept telling me she was cold! Poor baby doesn't understand a rain coat b/c she hasn't ever had to wear one.
