The Mall Playground

Madeline and I went to play at the mall today. She LOVED it!!!!At first she didn't really know what to think about all of this!Then she started to have fun climbing under, over, and around everything!She made friends with the animals there!She climbed up and over the bridge. Mommy had NO clue she could do something like this! GO MADELINE!!!!!!!!!!Then she got mad and wanted the camera...of course!

Big Girl Class

Ok so I am kind of playing catch up today! I forgot to post about Madeline's first day in the big class at daycare. She moved up on June 21st...which was a sad day for me. My baby is not a little baby anymore! :( But I do love all the new stuff we can do now! :)

Father's Day

So I forgot to post about Jeremy's first Father's Day. Even though the day was not really that eventful it was still an important day. We all woke up not feeling well so we laid in bed most of the day, but first Madeline gave daddy the present she made at daycare. She gave him a picture of herself. It was SO cute!

Madeline is such daddy's little girl. She lights up every time he walks into the room. She thinks he is the funniest person alive! I always say she flirts with him and it is so cute. They are truely best of friends!

Lunch

Madeline had lots of fun with lunch today!

Madeline now drinks out of her sippy cup well on her own!
She also does pretty good with a juice box, but does turn it upside down like she is drinking out of her sippy cup....soooo she did end up wearing most of this box!She then decided that she was done with the box and just wanted to play with the straw! You can see the juice all down her dress!Then she was tired of me feeding her so she thought she would do it by herself.That didn't work so well...so she ended up with nothing but panties on! Mommy had a lovely mess to clean up after all of that...but it was all worth it for the amount of fun that was had!

Lots of Hair to Brush

Madeline loves when daddy give her his brush in the morning so she can make her two hairs look fabulous! Got to get the side...and the back...all done!

Rico's Grill

Madeline LOVES to eat at Rico's Grill! They have a guy who sings on Friday and Saturday nights and Madeline just loves him and he gets a huge kick out of her. She made friends with the whole place last night. Here are a couple pictures of her enjoying herself!

Splash Pad

On Thursday we went to the splash pad at Market St. with a couple of moms and babies with SMB. Madeline loved playing in the water...of course!

Caden's Birthday Party

Last Saturday we went to Caden's 1st birthday party. Madeline had lots of fun playing with Caden, Carson, and Jake!!

Madeline is a pretty agree able baby and doesn't really dislike all that much! We got really lucky!

Brush Brush Brush Brush Madeline's Teeth!

Madeline got her first tooth a couple weeks ago and on her 10 month birthday we brushed it for the first time. She LOVES to brush her teeth!!!!!!She also loves to just bit mommy's finger!

Her second tooth at the bottom has just broken through also...so now we brush two teeth every day! Oh and sometime daddy flosses her tooth which makes her happy too!

Happy Birthday To You!!!!!!!

Madeline makes 10...months!!!!!I don't think we will have any problem with her not wanting to eat her cake on her first birthday. She always tries to get her month birthday cake...but no no no not until you are 1! :)We had to put the cake and Madeline FAR apart!!!!!

New Trick

Daddy taught Madeline a new trick while we were in Lafayette with a Capri Sun. This was at home a couple days later with something a little more healthy!

Carly's Dance Revue

On June 9th we went to watch Carly's dress rehearsal and then drove back to Houston. Carly did a great job and Madeline enjoyed watching the dancers!

Mommy's Dance Revue

We went to Lafayette on June 2nd so that mommy could go to dance practice and then to her dance revue. On Saturday daddy and Madeline came to watch mommy's dress rehearsal. Madeline enjoyed the dances before mommy's but then fell asleep for mommy's. Oh well, she had seen it the day before.

Madeline and Carly

They are best buds! Madeline loves to watch Carly and Carly loves to play with Madeline. They got to spend a lot of time together last week and the week before while we were in Lafayette for mine and Carly's dance revues. Carly is a great little babysitter!

Walk Walk Walk

Madeline LOVES to walk...with a little help that is!

This is back in May when she still wasn't all that sure about walking with the walker but now she has it down pat!!!!!

Madeline walks really well when we hold her hands. The other day she had daddy walking back and forth up and down the livingroom for probably like 10 minutes. She would cry every time he stopped. She will also stand for quiet some time alone and can sit down slowly without holding on to anything but will not take a step by herself!!!! She is way too cautious for that!
