Playtime

The other morning Madeline was trying to get into mommy kitchen cabinets, so daddy asked if there was any tupperware she could play with. Mommy got her a couple pieces from the cabinet and she loved them! They have now made it into the liveroom toy backet! Crawling under the coffee table to get all the pieces!

Mommy had to once again rearrange the livingroom b/c Madeline gets into everything! We put the drums into time out...aka...the pack n play! Mommy thought this would keep Madeline from going behind the big chair...but no! Here is Madeline trying to now get behind the end table.Madeline thought she found herself a new little seat...

mommy changed all of that! She put blankets and pillows in the way, so now Madeline cannot get back there anymore! Little stinker...mommy loves you!

Bathtub Fun!!!

Madeline still loves bathtime more then anything else! I now put her in by herself, b/c she is such a big girl! She was probably about to do something she is not supposed to...like turn on the water!

Trip to G and Grandpa's house

Madeline went and stayed with G and Grandpa while mommy and daddy went to Jamaica to celebrate mommy's 30th birthday. Madeline had a great 4 days! The three of them went to play at the mall, splash pad, story time, and Rico's. She was a very good girl!

Mommy and daddy brought Madeline back lots of things b/c they missed her and thought about her the whole time they were gone. She got a new dress, a onize, two Wata bottles (one of Madeline's favorite toys!!!), and not pictured...hacky sack and a Jamaican purse. She loves playing with her new purse the most!

Bed

We lowed Madeline's bed all the way to the ground on July 9th. I don't really know why b/c she never really sleeps in it, but we did and then let her play in it. She is not really a fan of her own bed!

Up the Stairs

This was on the 3rd of July when we were at Maw Maw's house.

Daddy

Madeline just LOVES her daddy! Every morning they play for about 15 minutes before he has to leave for work. Then at night she is eating normally when he comes home; she stops eating and giggles when she sees him. She thinks he is the funniest person in the world! He can make her laugh so hard. I love to hear the two of them playing together during bath time. She is definitely daddy's little girl!!!!!

Madeline is starting to sign more and more every day. She can do more, eat, and all done! It is SO much fun teaching her new stuff every day! She loves to learn, I think!

Shoes, Bottle, and Swinging

Ok so I just love buying shoes for Madeline and these are just too cute! I got them right before we left for Lafayette for the 4th. Madeline can feed herself her bottle!Madeline loves to be outside on her swing!

11 Months

Madeline's 11 months birthday was yesterday! We celebrated at GiGi and Grandpa's house with a cake. Less then a month and she will be 1...WOW! It is bettersweet! We are having so much fun with all the new things she can do, but I still want her to be a baby!

4th of July Weekend!

We left on Friday night to go to Lafayette but b/c of Hurricane Alex we were in the car for four hours and only went about 50 miles. Here is a picture of poor little Madeline bored as can be! Looking pretty in one of her 4th outfits!

This is right after Madeline took her first 4 steps! Mommy was off by 3 days (July 7th) and daddy was off by 17 days (June 17th)...mommy wins! Madeline's first sparkler! She was not scared of the fireworks at all! Actually she fell asleep right in the middle of them on mommy!
