Queen's Parade

Monday night we went to watch the Queen's Parade with daddy's family. Jackie ran around after Madeline for a long time. They became friends! Madeline and daddy while the cops were passing. Madeline was not afraid of the noise at all!

The Fair!!!!!!

Sunday afternoon mommy and daddy took Madeline and Carly to the fair. Madeline was so excitd to ride the carousel!Madeline cried when it was time to get off! Then she realized we were going on another ride. Mommy didn't like this ride at all, but Carly and Madeline seemed to love it! We spun around and around and made mommy sick!

Madeline was able to ride on this ride with just Carly. They were big girls!

She had a lot of fun spinning the wheel and honking the horn!

The hot air ballon was Madeline's favorite ride. It went high high in the sky...she can say that too!

She would say WOW every time we went up!

She really cried when it was time to get off that ride!

Next we all went on the Ferris Wheel.

Madeline kept trying to stand up and it made mommy very nervous!Madeline LOVED this ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was laughing and screaming the whole time!

Madeline loved the hot air ballon ride so much we took her on it two more times!

After all the rides we got snacks and went to visit with Aunt Tanya and Uncle Joe for a little while.

Children's Parade

Saturday afternoon we went out in the rain to watch the Children's Parade. We got there just as Camden's float passed and totally missed him. Madeline and daddy catching some beads!

Xanadu

Madeline slept over at Aunt Missy's house while mommy and daddy went to Xanadu last Friday night. Before mommy and daddy left we took pictures with M's I Heart Xanadu shirt. Mommy, Madeline, and daddy! Madeline had great time with Aunt Missy, Carly, Austin, and Alec!!!

Fun Times

Madeline and daddy found something fun to do this past weekend while mommy was in Lafayette...dance around with the light off and headlight on! Madeline had so much fun playing and running through the house with the headlight on. She made daddy turn off all the lights!

18 Months

Madeline turned 18 months on Feb. 10 and had her well baby check up on Feb 14th.
Her Stats:
Height - 2'8" (60.62%)
Weight - 22lb 11oz (25.57%)
Head Circumference - 17.87" (19.57%)

The doctor said that everything looks great and she is growing right on schedule!

Madeline had a pretty big milestone at 18 months too...stopped nursing (it was only once at night before bed)! When mommy and daddy got back from Colorado we were done!

Mardi Gras Outfit of the Day!

Mommy asked Mrs. Kristie to make Madeline a bunch of Mardi Gras shirts again this year and this is the winner!!!!!
