Juggling Like Uncle Dave
Madeline and mommy were trying to juggle this afternoon like Uncle Dave does.

Camping
This past weekend we went camping at Huntsville State Park. It was really cold but I think Madeline enjoyed being outside!

Last week Madeline learned how to slide down face first. She had so much fun and got full of mud!

New Trick!!!!
A couple of days ago Madeline learned how to walk backwards. Now she thinks it is so much fun!
Play floor
Yesterday was set up a play floor for Madeline in our living room. She thought it was a chew toy!
Madeline helped daddy set it up!
Madeline enjoyed the little "house" daddy made her...for a little while. It is now more floor b/c she kept pulling it apart!

Happy Anniversary
Saturday night we celebrated mommy and daddy's 4 year Anniversary. Madeline enjoyed eating some steak and potatoes with us and she really enjoyed the cookie cake after dinner!
She was mad about something...my goodness!
And she got happy again real fast! Say cheese!

Trip to the mall
Saturday afternoon we went to the mall to get daddy some new shoes. We took Madeline into the Disney store. She found a Goofy stuff animal (AKA Paw Paw) that she carried all over the store! Last Friday Madeline was drinking out of her Disney sippy cup and she pointed to Goofy and said "PAW PAW!" Later that night she did it again...so now Goofy is Paw Paw!
After the Disney store we went and rode on the carousel.

Hunting
Friday night we went to Gander Mountain to get mommy and daddy a fishing license. On the way out daddy and Madeline went and got in the deer blinds outside.

50s Day at School
Last Thursday was the 50th day of school so they had a 50s party. All kids wore 50s clothes and brought a car to sit in for the drive in movie. Madeline helped mommy make her car.

Madeline wore her jeggings, that Maw Maw gave her, and a white t-shirt that mommy wrote an M on the front and Pink Lady on the back. She also wore her Dr. Seuss converse shoes that Gi gave her.
Then we put on the leather coat that Carly gave us and flipped up the collar.
Madeline was dancing to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!

Who's Bed?!?!?!?
Madeline does really understand the concept of her own bed...she thinks it is just another play place. Her bed is mommy and daddy's bed...still!
But this morning she wanted to get in there and stayed there for about 15 minutes.
She had so much fun in there!
She was bouncing around and having a good ole time in there!

Saturday Madeline had lots of fun playing with all of her new toys while mommy and daddy watched the Saints game. Here she is playing with her Little People!

LSU Week!
Madeline wore and LSU dress every day last week in preparation of the big game. This was the only one that she didn't have a picture in already. They thought she was the cutest thing at MDO!!!!

Madeline has learned a lot of new words in the last couple of weeks. I hope to catch them on video, but as of now I will just listen them before I forget them.

Carly (The Trahans said that she said it one night when she was with them, but I still have not hear it!)
Aaaaachoo (Austin, Alec, and Carly taught her this one)

New House!!!!
Madeline got a new house! Santa brought it for her and daddy put it together yesterday while we were at the Mickey show.
Madeline enjoyed playing in her house this morning!

Disney Live Mickey's Magic Show
Yesterday Maw Maw treated us to a Mickey Mouse show...just the girls! Madeline wore her Minnie Mouse costume. I think someone was a little jealous that her cousin got a snow cone and she didn't...she got a toy later that made up for it! 
Aunt Missy had both the girls for a long time. Madeline just loves Aunt Missy. Madeline slep with her and Carly the night before so that mommy and daddy could have date night. 
Madeline enjoyed the show, but not as much as she liked the Princesses on Ice!

New Years Eve
New Years Eve the party was at our house. We had both sides of the family there and Mrs. Tracey and Mr. Brent too. Austin and Madeline had lots of fun blowing the horns...or as Madeline did yelling into the horns! Either way it was a lot of fun! 
Daddy cooked a gumbo and mommy got all the sides to go with it. Madeline was showing off how well she could feed herself in front Aunt Barbara and Uncle Lou!
After gumbo (well really just rice) Maw Maw and gave Madeline a cupcake which of course went all over both of them!
Madeline figured out that she could push Carly around the house on her Little Mermaid car and thought it was the best thing ever. I had trouble getting a picture of them b/c she was going so fast. Madeline is one strong little girl!!!!!

Madeline didn't end up making it very long...she was scared! Carly lit the first big box of fireworks and it made Madeline cry so Gi took Madeline in and put her to sleep. After that daddy told mommy that it was her turn to light one of the big boxes. I was a little scared, but went ahead and did it.
After the fireworks everyone toasted to The Bahamas New Years then left shortly afterwards.
