Christmas At the Dartez Apartment

The Thursday before Christmas we left Houston around 1:30 and drove all the way to Baton Rouge to be with Gi, Grandpa, Aunt Jennifer, and Uncle Dave. We went out to eat at Time's and then talked Gi into opening presents then instead of waiting until the morning. Madeline got to open the first gift and it was from Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Dave. She caught onto the ripping of paper real quick and loved it!

Next Madeline opened stocking stuffers from Gi and Grandpa...a Madeline size purse! She loved it!!!

She also got a vacuum cleaner from Gi and Grandpa. It is not a very loud one so mommy and daddy like it too!

Madeline enjoyed sitting on the present from Aunt Doreen, Uncle Ralph, Natalie, and Jenna! She thought it was funny and loved clapping for herself!

Christmas Eve we had lunch with the Dartezes and then headed to Lafayette so that Madeline could take a nap.
