Last night was Gateway's end of the year program. Madeline's class was supposed to do the hand motions to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, but it didn't really turn out that way. There was a person dressed up like a bear that persented awards to some of the older kids that walked off stage right before Madeline walked on. Mommy didn't know this or else she would have gone and gotten off the stage. Mommy still feels bad about this!It is really sad that the bear messed everything up b/c I think Madeline was really looking farward to "singing and dancing" to her song.
Mommy was able to take Madeline from the stage right after the song was over. At that point Mrs. Lisa told mommy that the bear was the problem. Madeline cried for a couple more seconds but then was fine. She went and sat on Maw Maw and was happy. 
They went ALL out for this program and even had a backdrop for pictures.
